Another thing is to drink lots of water and detox tea in the morning and before you go to bed. It’s OK to add sweetener aka Stevia. To increase the flavor & taste. Just be aware you will experience frequent urination and bowel movements.

For people whose primary goals to lose weight don’t forget to take measurements of your bust, waist, and hips as well as keeping tracks of your weight. Some will lose more weight than others, others will lose more inches. There is a difference. Just because you don’t see it on the scale. Does it mean is not working, that’s why it is important to do both.
If you just prefer to detox don’t worry about that you can keep track of it if you like or not.No worries.
Then take a photo of your entire body from head to toe, then a close-up of your face so you can see the physical changes occurring when you monitor your looks and your feelings overall. DAY ONE ingredients
3 handfuls of spinach
2 cups of water
1 cup of a cured apple quarter (means you got to cut it in fours)
1 cup of frozen mangoes,
1 cup of frozen strawberries
One handful of seedless grapes
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed ( I prefer 3, I like the seeds in my smoothies )
OPTIONAL
1 scoop of protein powder (make sure it’s plant-based)
A packet of Stevia (you can have more than 1 if it is necessary)
Expect your weight to fluctuate, muscle weighs more than fat. Ladies when the time of the month happens. You’ll have water weight so don’t worry about that once it’s all done it will all just flush out of your body.
PLUS -
Muscle weighs more than fat. People who work out. You may think you’re gaining weight, you’re just gaining muscle & muscle mass will increase as your bodies getting smaller so don’t freak out about it.
Also, it’s not a bad thing to build muscle. Muscle will help burn the fat all day long
If you continue to gain weight throughout the whole smoothie cleanse talk to your doctor you may have a blood sugar problem.
FOR DIABETICS
I recommend speaking to your doctor before doing this some fruits have high sugar but there are low sugar fruits. Sometimes you may just have to substitute some of the ingredients to help with your diabetes so your blood sugar won’t rush up

Monitor your blood sugar throughout the day so your numbers are stable and to get your doctors' permission before you begin. This is serious there are some high sugar fruits in the smoothies
Do Not have any bowel movements WITHIN the first 24 hours. Here are two methods that can help you
1. Is the saltwater flush, it involves drinking 2 tablespoons of sea salt In an 8-ounce cup of water then immediately drink three more eight glasses of waters (no salt no included)
